Peyton and Archie Manning to Speak at Manhattan Associates’ Momentum 08

Register now to meet with 1,000 supply chain leaders in Orlando, Fla

ATLANTA (March 24, 2008) –

Global supply chain optimization provider Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) has opened registration for Momentum 08, scheduled for May 18-21 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fla. Momentum 08 is a meeting of more than 1,000 supply chain leaders from the most innovative and successful brands in business today.

Under the theme, “Imagine More, Expect More,” Momentum 08 will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss supply chain innovation in more than 80 educational sessions and hands-on demonstrations, along with valuable opportunities to network with industry peers throughout the four-day conference. Not just an event theme, “Imagine More. Expect More” is a call to apply innovation in practical ways that drive measureable improvements in profitability, customer service and brand strength. This year, Momentum will focus on how companies can optimize decisions across planning, forecasting, inventory, order management, transportation and distribution by applying technology that gives insight to likely outcomes across an organization, as well as the flexibility to coordinate actions based on that insight to create the best results.

As the keynote speakers, Manhattan has selected Archie and Peyton Manning, father-and-son football legends as well as off-the-field philanthropists. The Mannings will provide examples from their combined experiences about optimizing opportunities and exceeding the expectations in everyday life.

“At Momentum 08, supply chain experts and peers will discuss how they have tackled the challenge of understanding and modeling consequences of decisions across all points of their supply chains so that their actions best serve their financial, customer service and brand goals,” said Pete Sinisgalli, chief executive officer, Manhattan Associates. “Our customers tell us that talking to people from other companies like theirs that have faced the same challenges is invaluable, and that Momentum is the best forum for having those conversations. The people that attend are some of the wisest in the industry — whether on Manhattan’s team, from firms that study and report on the industry, or from companies known for their supply chain expertise. No other venue can rival the collective intelligence we assemble at Momentum,” Sinisgalli added.

“Plus, we plan to have some fun with Peyton and Archie Manning and other guests and entertainment that we have lined up,” he concluded.

About Peyton Manning

Since joining the Indianapolis Colts as the first overall pick in the 1998 draft, Peyton Manning has earned his place among the NFL’s greatest quarterbacks. He garnered NFL MVP honors in 2003 and 2004, has made seven Pro Bowl appearances and was named to the Associated Press NFL All-Pro First Team for three consecutive seasons. In 2007, Peyton Manning led the Indianapolis Colts to victory in Super Bowl XLI.

Peyton is the only NFL quarterback to throw 25+ touchdown passes in nine consecutive seasons, while being the first to throw for 3,000+ yards in the first nine seasons of a career. He has completed more passes and thrown for more yards and touchdowns than any player in his first nine years of a career, and no team has a better regular-season record or more playoff appearances since Peyton joined the Colts.

However, he considers his most important accomplishments to be those he has achieved off the field. In 1999, Peyton established The PeyBack Foundation to promote the future success of disadvantaged youth. Since its inception, the Foundation has distributed more than $1.5 million and has helped touch thousands of young people.
About Archie Manning

When people think of Archie Manning, they think football. But Archie’s appeal transcends his athletic achievements. People far and wide have been inspired by his warm personality, his drive and sense of humor. He was recently selected as one of 10 outstanding New Orleanians by Family Service of Greater New Orleans and named Hornblower of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America (New Orleans Chapter). He hosts four Archie Manning Cystic Fibrosis benefit golf tournaments in Louisiana and Mississippi and is active in a wide variety of charitable and civic causes.

In 1971, Archie was the second player chosen in the NFL draft — the number one draft choice of the New Orleans Saints. He set Saints passing records, played in two Pro Bowls and was named the NFL Most Valuable Player in 1978. He was the first player in Saints history to be inducted into the Louisiana Superdome Wall of Fame. As quarterback for the Ole Miss Rebels, Archie finished fourth in the Heisman Trophy voting in 1969 and third in 1970. His no.18 jersey is one of only two numbers to be retired by Ole Miss.
