Eimskip Standardizes on Manhattan Associates’ Global Supply Chain Solution

Supply Chain Solution to Link with Business Software from SAP

ATLANTA (May 15, 2007) –

Leading supply chain solutions provider, Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), today announced that Eimskip, Iceland’s prime maritime transportation provider and a top tier operator of cold storage facilities, has chosen to standardize its operations on the company’s global supply chain solution.

Manhattan Associates’ global supply chain solution will work in concert with core ERP transaction modules of Eimskip’s existing enterprise system partner SAP. Today’s announcement follows the successful roll-out of Manhattan Associates’ solution last year by Eimskip majority-owned subsidiary, Innovate Logistics, one of the UK’s fastest growing specialists in temperature-controlled logistics and distribution. Innovate Logistics’ positive experience with the solution over the past year played a key part in Eimskip’s decision to standardize globally on the Manhattan Associates solution. Eimskip will implement the solutions in other parts of its business around the world in phases, with China being the first location to “go live.”

“Having an advanced and constantly evolving supply chain system tool is a critical component of our service delivery model and gives us a vital competitive advantage,” said Árni Rafn Jónsson, executive vice president of IT at Eimskip. “Following the successful implementation of Manhattan Associates’ solution at our majority-owned UK logistics and distribution services operator Innovate Logistics, we are confident that we have the industry-leading supply chain tool to address the needs of our clients all around the world.”

“Eimskip intends to become the supplier of choice for international transportation and logistics services in the North Atlantic region as well as in other key markets of the world,” said Steve Smith, Manhattan Associates’ vice president of EMEA. “Manhattan Associates’ global supply chain solution will enable Eimskip to scale its operations rapidly as it pursues these aggressive goals.”
